What happens next

After payment is confirmed, Dalkom Cube prepares the order and updates its status. Collection or delivery instructions appear in the order journey. Contact support with the order number when details are unclear.

Delays and missing items

Stock and delivery exceptions are reviewed by the Dalkom Cube team. We do not promise a delivery time that has not been confirmed.
